Word of the Week

I introduced the Word of the Week to help us improve our working knowledge of the English language. Your part if you choose to participate is to be aware of and use each word for the entire week whenever the opportunity presents itself. This way we will all increase our vocabulary and our knowledge of the English language supplying us with a very effective tool to utilize on our road to success.

temerity

te·mer·i·ty /təˈmerəti/ noun

the quality of being confident and unafraid of danger or punishment.

Function of the Will

Proper use of the will is to command control of the mind and all its faculties – self discipline.  Our conscious mind is a center of thinking and if left unsupervised will entertain all manner of thoughts allowing them to filter into our subconscious mind eventually materializing in our physical experience.

Failing the proper use of the will leaves us subject to the whims of our external environment increasing the vulnerability of loss of control and direction.  Our emotions, being driven by our circumstance, become our unstable guide, dictating our actions, leading to results we may or may not find desirable.

The will is not to be used externally to coerce another into self serving action.  We do not know what is best for another and manipulation enslaves them. The will is best exercised internally keeping your house clean and on purpose.

Proper use of the will is to stay on purpose, thwarting doubt, disbelief and fear, for these things will surely slow or even negate your progress altogether.  When doubt or fear materializes immediately summon the courage and strength of the will to chase them from your mind replacing them with positive visions and thoughts of your worthy ideals.  In this way you will realize success.  The will is to be used to focus upon those things which you want.  The sharper your focus the faster they will be realized, or something better.

Proper use of the will is to focus on where you are going, not on where you have been.  Use your imagination, (the creative mind), to build your ideal world in spirit, - then call upon the will to stay the course bringing it into your physical experience.  In this way you can realize all you desire.

Advancement

Divine Substance is always for the advancement and prosperity of all.

We are but a vessel through which this advancement is accomplished.

Each is given a passion which if actively developed through faith with gratitude, cannot fail to manifest itself in our physical life.

Are you actively pursuing your passion?

A New Year...

A beautiful quote to start the New Year with. Keep it on hand, read it often.

A New Year – A New You

We each play a role in the bigger game of life. In this bigger picture, life plays with energy and matter to expand, create, express and evolve. It explores new possibilities, realizes them and then reaches for even more. Life continually transforms what is into something brand new.
We choose how actively we take part in this cosmic dance. We can become mere spectators to life if we get stuck in old ideas that have lost their energy for us.

How much passion do you feel for your goals? Are you still being creative in how you work with them?

"Embrace fully your capacity to create, to think in unlimited ways, and to pursue everything that you have been wanting. Be flexible, open and willing to let the new come to you. This can be the most joyous, prosperous, and creative time of your life." - Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer

On Being Genuine

In any life endeavor, whether it is business, friendship, or love it is imperative we be genuine, be our true self from day one. When emotions are running high it is very easy to compensate and put forth an image which does not represent our true blueprints. Our body chemistry is such that we are willing to temporarily forgo many desires, habits and character traits we would normally display in order to successfully attract the desired result at the time. This may work fine for a brief relationship or business venture but can never work in the long term unless we are willing to adopt our new thought patterns and eliminate old blueprints that will not support them. Failure to do this will result in our old programming resurfacing some time in the future very likely bringing with it resentment and a feeling of incompleteness.

This is not to say we cannot have a successful business or long-term relationship otherwise, but it will be sub maximal to what should be, had we followed our true self. We can still be happy and content should we choose to conform to a lesser existence rolling languidly along, but it will be impossible to experience the full of life we were meant to create.

In the end we will look back and either say; “Wow, my life has been full and satisfying.” Or; “If only I had followed my passion……I could have been or done……”

The decision is ours and ours alone. If our life is not all we would like it to be it is because of our decisions to this point. We have not been genuine with our self, our true purpose. We have allowed outside influences to dictate our thoughts and decisions. Nothing outside of us is to blame. The only way to take a new direction in our life toward all that we were meant to be is to change us, not the other guy, not the environment. We must be genuine, discover what we are passionate about and focus all our intention upon it adopting new blueprints and relationships that support it. There must be a willingness to let go of what was, the comfort zone we have allowed our self to slip into and does not support our purpose.

The first difficult step is to be honest with our self, genuine. The second and probably the hardest step will be to take sustained action against resistance. We are likely to experience lots of it. The bigger the change the greater the resistance will be.

Many...

Many, are willing to acquire the knowledge.

Many, are eager to offer advice.

Many, say I will start tomorrow.

Few are willing, to do the work.

Fewer still, master the work.

Therefore they remain bound.

How Far Have We Come?

So this is number one hundred. Seems like it was only yesterday this was just a dream in my mind.

It reminds me of the words from James Allen; “The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn; the bird waits in the egg; and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities.”

Let me ask each one. Since the launch of this blog what have you done to advance yourself toward your worthy ideals?

How many courses or lectures have you attended?

How much time has been wasted on television?

How many personal development books and programs have you completed?

How much valuable time has been wasted on video games?

How many people have you helped along your path?

How much time each day is spent meditating on and visualizing your goals?

How much time has been lost trying to please others in ways that are contrary to your desires?

What steps have you taken toward improved fitness and health?

Where are you going and is everything you do taking you in that direction?

Take some time for reflection. Reevaluate. Revisit your goal statements and update them along with your daily action steps and affirmations. Begin anew creating the life you deserve to have. Take time to reread the blog posts and study them. Meditate on them and see how they apply to your personal circumstance and how you might use them to advance toward your intentions.

Together we can make it happen.

We cannot travel within and remain still without.

I want to personally thank all who take time to read this blog. My hope is that I have touched a few lives and helped them in some way to a better quality of life.

We'll have your stories on Monday.

Overcoming Setbacks Pt I.

I had an interesting conversation the other day about controlling cravings and emotions and why we seem to sabotage ourselves, often just as we reach or come close to reaching our goals. Most often this is caused by chemical imbalances in the body.

As we know NATURE is all about balance. When something is out of balance we seemingly automatically crave foods or habits that bring us back in line. Most women are very familiar with this problem for each month when blood sugar levels drop and serotonin production is low their body will develop cravings for certain foods. Much beyond this though there is a power within us that holds an image of what it has been programmed to believe we are or what we represent and it continually makes corrections to maintain this image should we drift too far off course.

Contained within our Creative Force, (subconscious mind), are the blueprints for whom and what we imagine ourselves to be. Many of these blueprints were programmed while we were young and are actually other people’s ideas of who we are and what we should believe. Most of these blueprints are outdated and no longer serve us but are still running the show unbeknownst to us. These blueprints act like a cybernetic device and when we drift too far off course, (accomplishing our goal), our subconscious says; “Hey this is not who I know me to be. I’d better make some corrections to bring me back on course.” Depending on what your goal is this can be anything from binging to sabotaging a relationship or more debt. Things may seem pretty bleak at this point, for what chance do we have of advancing if we have all these programmed blueprints holding us back?

The good news is we have choice and what has been programmed can be overwritten and deleted. Awareness is the key. Be on the lookout for when these urges rise up and don’t fight them. What we resist persists. We must allow them to surface without dominating us. Talk to them and acknowledge their existence. Thank them for their service in the past but they are no longer required and of no purpose in our life any more. Tell them they no longer have any power over you and it is time for them to leave for they are being replaced by a NEW and BETTER plan. For many I am sure this sounds like a lot of hocus-pocus but I assure you it works.

Several times each day get yourself into a sleepy state when the subconscious is MOST receptive to suggestion and let it know what your goals are. Ask it to reveal any roadblocks, (preprogramming), that need to be removed in order to realize these goals then let go, relax and let your subconscious accomplish your requests.

For further discussion email premierblueprints@gmail.com.

Part II will be posted Friday.

Purpose

We have but one purpose in life. That is to love and serve one another without judgment advancing life for all.

By tending to the needs of others all our needs will be fulfilled.

Giving is one of the prerequisites to receiving.

I can hear the cries of disagreement now. But, before you click me away as delusional allow me the opportunity to explain.

I am not speaking of self-sacrifice here, allowing others to dominate at the expense of our own desires and what we were designed to accomplish in this phase of our being. No, I am speaking of serving others within our goals and aspirations for this is where we will excel, assisting mankind while realizing fulfillment.

Our challenge this week is to focus on the above passage as we go about our daily interactions with others. Be aware of whether your service is taking you away from your intentions or toward them.

What steps can we take to ensure we are continually serving others within our intentions?
How might this attitude result in a positive influence?

Reaching the Summit

If we expect to reach the pinnacle of our sport or art it is essential to continually assess our thoughts feelings and actions to determine whether or not they match our current blue prints which are responsible for the results we are experiencing at this point in our career. Does the life style we are presently leading contribute 100% toward our goal or is it more like 70% or even less? I would say that if it is less than 90% then the reality is we really are not very serious. It is more wishful thinking and we are not willing to discipline our self, sacrificing certain vices in order to attain what we think would be nice to be, do, or have.

Our bodies are designed to function optimally when provided with the proper nutrients and recovery time. If our current life style does not support this it will be impossible to ever realize our full potential. It is important to realize everything we put into our body and mind either strengthens or weakens it. The body can take an amazing amount of abuse and still perform at a fairly high level but the law states we reap that which we sow. We may even reach the top for a brief period of time but this is a universal law and there is no cheating it. If we practice habits of abuse the body will break down. It will be weakened.

Some fool themselves thinking a few weeks or a month of proper nutrition and training will suffice. This is not so. The body responds best to a consistent systematic quotidian regime containing all the components of training. Our weakest component will determine our degree of success therefore it is important we have a thorough understanding of each component and how to develop them.

Another law, the Law of Receiving is more than willing to deliver all we desire but will only give in proportion to what we are able, through preparation, to receive.

Victory in Defeat

The measure of our loss will be determined by our knowledge gained and implemented.

There is almost always a certain amount of pain and discomfort associated with growth.

In nature we think of birthing, growing pains of the infant and adolescent. In life lessons we think of relationships and loss, whether it be loss of a loved one or defeat in a competition.

When speaking of competition, in Truth there is no winning or losing. If we don’t experience the result we were hoping for it merely means we were ill prepared for our endeavor and there is more to be learned, things added or removed as we hone our skills.

Winning and losing only exists on the ego based competitive plane where winners are exalted, some even in ineffable regard, and losers made to feel inferior.

On the creative plane competition serves to test our skills and advance our interest with an attitude that all will learn and benefit from the experience. “Win or lose,” spirits remain high as knowledge is gained and new goals are implemented, building on what has gone before, removing that which moves us away from our purpose replacing it with that, which moves us toward our purpose. The only loser is he who gains no knowledge from his endeavor and therefore remains unchanged or sinks to lower levels.

There is an inner voice, which knows our worthy intention
Let go of self and heed Its words
For this is the Source of all creation
For those who choose to listen
Releasing in subjection
This inner voice will bring us to perfection
There is no winning, there is no losing
On our path of co-creation
Only lessons learned, knowledge gained
Toward our final destination.

For those who have won the battle this day – be gracious in your victory thanking your opponent for all he has taught you.

For those who have lost this day – maintain dignity-keeping spirits high for you have not lost but gained a wealth of knowledge on which to build. It has been a necessary step in preparation for what lays ahead. Understand there is purpose in “winning and losing.”

Road to Success Pt. 3

The final step is ACHIEVE...

Achieve: Achievement is the physical fruition of thought whether good or bad. The subconscious mind will bring to maturation through opportunity and circumstance, any seed we plant and nurture by our persistent thought of how we perceive that seed should grow provided we act on what is presented for without action there is no movement.

If our goal were to reach the pinnacle of a mountain top it would be necessary to have a flexible game plan, prepare the gear and food essential for the climb, and an unwavering, persistent desire to complete the task no matter what.

“Having conceived of our purpose, we should mentally make out a straight pathway to its achievement, looking neither to the right nor left.” - James Allen

To maintain our successful journey it is imperative our thoughts remain focused on our goal, not the obstacles or seeming setbacks we may face.

As Dr. Maxwell Maltz stated; “We need to be aware of the negatives so we can steer clear of them. A golfer needs to know where the bunkers are – but he doesn’t think continuously about the bunker – where he doesn’t want to go. His mind “glances” at the bunker, but he DWELLS upon the green.”

Preparedness, both mental and physical is an essential step to realizing our worthy ideals. We cannot wish our way up the mountain. No one is going to come along, pick us up, and whisk us to the top. It is our responsibility for the preparation and execution as the way is provided. Our achievement will always be according to our preparedness, our ability to receive that which is forthcoming.

What we label as delays or setbacks become nothing more than an indication there is more to learn, more to prepare for our inevitable victory. We alone are responsible for our failures and our victories. As the saying goes, the dream never dies, just the Dreamer. It is only through improper use of the mind that we miss our mark. Devine operation plays no favorites. There are very specific universal laws to success and achievement. They are as sure as any mathematical equation. The closer we adhere to these universal laws the more we will be capable of achieving.

Road to Succes Pt. 2

***Note - This posting is very in-depth and will require three posts to complete. Please Check Wednesday for Part and return Monday for Part 3. Email me if you have any questions and I may be able to address them within this series.***

Step two on the Road to Success is to PERSIST....

Persist: If you look up the definition for persist you will find that to persist is to continue firmly or steadily when faced with opposition; to prevail or endure.

Many of us mistakenly relate this to the physical world interpreting this to mean when we face physical opposition to what we are trying to achieve we must force the issue by trying harder and continuing stubbornly on in the direction we were headed. This interpretation of persist usually leads to frustration and failure. It is akin to trying to experience water by grasping it in our hand. The harder we squeeze the more water eludes our attempts. We must work with the laws of water and relax our hand in the water to achieve the experience.

To realize the success we seek to achieve it is essential we remain flexible, able to recognize, act upon and change our game plan when the opportunity presents itself. Persistence is not a physical thing. It is mental. Persistence begins in our mind. The physical actions leading to our results are the effects of our persistence or focus of thought in our mind. To be persistent then is to hold firmly in our mind that thought which will lead us to our worthy ideal no matter our current circumstance or environment. It is in a relaxed state we hold our thoughts. Content in our present circumstance, confident in the laws of our universe to bring about that which we truly desire knowing that once a thought seed is planted in our subconscious mind it has no choice but to bring it to fruition in our physical world. There is no worry or doubt for we understand these lead to frustration and anxiety cutting off our supply of good.

Persistence of THOUGHT and FAITH are what is required to ACHIEVE...

Road to Success Pt. 1

***Note - This posting is very in-depth and will require three posts to complete. Please return Friday for Part 2 and Monday for Part 3. Email me if you have any questions and I may be able to address them within this series.***

The first step on the Road to Success is to BELIEVE...

Believe: To truly believe something is to accept a thought, either ours or one we have accepted from an outside source, as truth allowing it to be programmed into our subconscious mind to be used as a blue print against all similar or contrary beliefs or circumstances in regards to the something.

A belief then is nothing more than a thought which creates the blueprint in our subconscious mind of what we perceive to be true.

Many of these blueprints which we hold to be true are not our own. They are the thoughts of others, whether individual or societal, we accepted as truth when we were young, trusting our parents, other figures of authority and media, to do our thinking for us without challenge. These thoughts filtered into our subconscious mind becoming habits guiding our decisions which lead to our actions producing the results we experience in our physical world whether good, bad, or indifferent. Many of these beliefs are outdated and no longer serve our purpose but are still creating the results we experience. Our subconscious mind is like the rudder of a ship and accepts and acts on whatever instructions it receives. It has no other choice. It is our conscious mind we use to determine what we will allow into the subconscious mind.

With this understanding of how our physical world is created by our thoughts from the inside out we can discern the importance of challenging all information we receive through our five senses to see if it supports our worthy ideal. It is equally important to challenge our old programming and replace any blueprints which do not support our goals. It is what we hold to be true in our hearts, our deep inner thoughts that determine our actions and our actions are responsible for what we experience in our physical world.

Study this material and be prepared to "Persist" on Friday.

Corollary Success and Weight Management

It simply does not matter what we do on the outside.

We can exercise, count calories and do all the right things according to our weight management goals. We can even go so far as to hire motivational trainers and experience temporary success, maybe even reach our goal. But it will not, it CANNOT, last if we don’t extinguish our old self image, our current BLUEPRINT of what our subconscious mind believes us to be. We do not become that which we wish but we become and will remain that which we are. We can never be more than we believe, (our subconscious blueprint), ourselves to be.

We cannot harbor any remnant of our current blueprint that has been responsible for our results to this point in time. To eschew any possibility of backsliding we must construct a new BLUEPRINT of habits that support our intention. We become these new habits and the corollary success.

This is how we must believe our self to be. This new quiescent person that has until now, been recondite, is now ready to provide the motivation, opportunity and environment for us to realize lasting change.

THE OLD YOU MUST DIE!!

This is where all weight management programs must begin if they are to be successful. You must become a new and different person. There is no other way.

My passion is helping others discover and plan for the NEW, SUCCESSFUL you. For discussion or help in replacing your BLUEPRINT simply email me today, premierblueprint@gmail.com.

Where Am I Going?

Set aside some time this week to discover who you are and why you are here. Too many of us travel through life without ever knowing who we really are and what our purpose is. Yes we have all at times wondered why we are here and what we would like to do with our lives or where our lives are taking us, (instead of us directing our lives to take us where we want), and wondering where we might be five or ten years from now. So many of us drift along going with the flow letting our circumstances and environment dictate our actions and therefore results. It is kind of like leaving on a trip without really knowing where you are going or will end up.

Generally when we plan a trip we know where we are going, why we are going, how we will get there, things we are going to do and see when we are there and any necessary preparations required ahead of time. Why do we spend more time planning a trip than we do our lives? Is life not just a trip of another kind? Does it not deserve at least as much planning as your next vacation?

Here are some questions to help you get started. If you think of other relevant questions that have meaning for you leading to a positive corollary, by all means add them.
  • What am I?
  • Am I my name?
  • Am I my body?
  • Am I the things I have accumulated?
  • Or am I much more than this?
  • What defines me?
  • What are my beliefs?
  • How did I come to believe what I do?
  • Is it someone else’s belief I have accepted as truth or my own?
  • How would other people define me?
  • Am I my own person or am I trying to please everyone by being the type of person they think I should be?
  • Do I need to revisit and look at some of my beliefs differently and how?
  • What do I want from life?
  • What are my passions?
  • What would be my ideal life if nothing were impossible?
  • What type of person has this life?
  • Do my beliefs harmonize with this type of person?
  • What changes must I make to become this type of person?
  • How will I make these changes?
  • What limits do I impose upon myself and how will I eliminate them?
  • What is my purpose?
  • How will I develop and use my passions, (talents, gifts), throughout my life to help others?
  • How will I give back?

“Nothing is impossible to the mind. All its guidance and power are available to you. When you have fully realized THOUGHT CAUSES ALL, you will know there will never be any limits that you yourself do not impose.” - U. S. Anderson

Frequencies Pt 2.

We ended the last post with the question "So how may we ensure our signal remains full strength, in perfect balance with all we wish to attract and manifest in our life?"

You've waited all weekend, now here is the answer!

First it is necessary to have an awareness that something MUST change or we will continue to reap the same results over and over. This awareness will inspire, (in spirit), us to think of new ways to look at things. Inspiration creates passion as we review the new choices presented to us and select the one choice we believe best addresses our desire and are most passionate about. This in essence becomes our goal around which we will direct all our thoughts creating a powerful vibrational frequency.

Next we MUST develop a system of persistence ensuring our signal remains strong. To eschew any thoughts or situations which do not support our worthy ideal it is necessary to implement four or five daily action steps, things we will do on a quotidian basis to maintain our focus.

Any thoughts which do not support our intention must be immediately terminated, in mid thought if possible, and replaced with several that shore up our purpose. This is accomplished by having several positive affirmations relating to our intent readily available. It is also useful to repeat our affirmations at least twice per day using imagery and emotional content. The two best times to review our affirmations is just before sleep and immediately upon awakening. I realize I have discussed this before but we can never hear this enough times presented in different ways. Eventually we will come to that "uh huh" moment when everything falls together and we wonder why we didn’t see it before. It is so simple.

Additional steps to consider that are no less important are awareness of self talk and to surround our self with a phalanx of individuals who will encourage and hold us accountable to our efforts.

In the words of Voltaire “No problem can stand the assault of sustained thinking.”

Frequencies Pt 1.

We are energy, thinking substance. We are created by the same Creative Source from which all things originate. Having come from the Creative Source we are creative beings and are the sum total of our thought choices, whether positive or negative, to this point in our physical life. We manifest and experience our thoughts in physical form. Having said this it stands to reason that if we choose to change the direction of our life in any particular area we must change our thoughts about those things which relate to the area of life in question. It is important to understand that all things, including our thoughts, vibrate at predetermined frequencies.

Yes, we exist in an electrically charged universe and everything without exception vibrates at its assigned frequency. If we wish to attract positive circumstances and results we must generate positive thoughts or vibrations.

Let’s use an am / fm radio to create an analogy. Say am frequencies are negative and fm frequencies are positive. If we wish to listen to, (attract), fm stations but our radio is constantly tuned to or stuck on am it will be impossible. We must choose to adjust our dial to the fm frequencies. Next it will be necessary to know which frequency we need to dial in to attract the specific station, (results), we are looking for. There are many positive frequencies on the fm dial. Let’s say each frequency represents an area of life such as relationships, financial, or health. It is obvious we must focus our attention on the area in question, selecting only those thoughts which support the changes we wish to bring about, to be affective. The more intense our focus, (the more harmonic our frequency is with that we wish to attract), the clearer and stronger our signal strength.

As with our radio, ANY deviation of the dial weakens our signal creating distortion which translates to slowing down or cutting off all together the results we are seeking. Thoughts of lack, limitation, and doubt will create resistance restricting the degree to which we realize our intentions.

So how may we ensure our signal remains full strength, in perfect balance with all we wish to attract and manifest in our life? Tune in Monday to find out (pun completely intended).

Or email me for further discussion if you can't wait, premierblueprints@gmail.com.

As You Wish

I have been thinking of awareness and am thankful we are aware of where we have been, where we are, and have the capability of being aware of where we are going. You notice I said the capability of being aware of where we are going. Many are not aware. They may have some loose idea or wishful game plan but are continually frustrated because they allow their environment and present circumstance dictate their thoughts, therefore the results they experience.

Still others may have a very solid game plan, daily action steps and affirmations of the ideals they wish to attain but are unaware of an internal behavior which is keeping them from realizing their goal. The internal behavior I speak of today is self-talk. How many times have you beat yourself up after doing something you would consider stupid or overlooking the obvious? How many of us have thought to ourselves, what a bonehead, how could I be so stupid, what an idiot I am? How many of us have taken on a task and told our self this is difficult, I’ll never be able to do this, I don’t have enough time to do that, this is impossible? I am sure we have all been guilty of this type of negative self talk at some point in our life.

Our self talk must be closely guarded. We must keep a constant vigil on our self-talk not allowing any negatives to go unchecked lest they slip through to the subconscious mind where they become, “as you wish.” Awareness of self-talk is essential to realizing your goals. Any negative self-talk is to be aborted the instant it is noticed, even in mid sentence if you can. All negative self-talk needs to be immediately replaced with a positive. This is where it is helpful to have your affirmations handy for implementation. We need to take all negatives, such as difficult, idiot, stupid, impossible and discard them from our vocabulary to be replaced by their polar opposite. This takes practice.

It takes conscious thought work to accomplish this. I guarantee those who can master this awareness on a consistent basis will experience positive life changing results almost immediately. Give it a try and be prepared to be amazed. By implementing self-talk awareness you can know where you are going.

To discuss ideas for overcoming negative self-talk send me an email, premierblueprints@gmail.com.

Heterosuggestion

It is important we challenge and become aware of the true intention of heterosuggestion. Do not blindly accept any suggestion allowing it to pass through the conscious mind to be imprinted in the subconscious. Once the blueprint is formed in the subconscious mind it has no choice but to act on the suggestion bringing it into the physical world of circumstance and environment.

Joseph Murphy in his book The Power Of The Subconscious Mind states; “You will find that many of the suggestions people make, whether they know it or not, are aimed at making you think, feel, and act as they want you to, in ways that are to their advantage, even if they are destructive to you.”

True Love

Had a very interesting email conversation with a friend the other day about what love is. I seemed to hit a nerve when I suggested true love is not an emotion but a state of being. The immediate response was; “How can you say that?” “We’ll talk!”

I explained True Love is accepting things and people as they are in the moment without judgment or expectation.

In response I received the full blown Wikipedia definition of love which is totally based on the physical human definition dealing with emotion and feeling.

Feelings and emotions are born out of love but they are not love in and of its self. Yes love is all of these things yet is none of them. For emotions; feelings can change with the seasons where as True Love remains the same forever, is never changing. True Love does not play favorites. It gives equally to all and expects nothing in return. True Love is in a constant state of giving according to what we are able to receive. True Love is a principle, the root cause of all that is good.

Love cannot be seen, heard nor grasped. It just is, always has been, and always will be.
God is Love.

Challenge yourself this week, meditating on this word Love. Get beyond the surface of emotion and feelings to discover what True Love is and how you may raise your thoughts, thereby your quality of life through this new awareness.
