Taking It to Heart

Whatsoever you hold true in your heart will be your outward experience. All the wishful thinking of the mind will not change that. Change comes from the Heart, for it is by the Heart, we attach emotional frequency to our thoughts.

"The Vision that you glorify in your mind, the Ideal that you enthrone in your heart—this you will build your life by, this you will become."
James Allen

My mission - purpose - is to assist others to achieve a higher quality of life and understanding - realizing their power and purpose in life through gaining clarity of thought and definiteness of purpose.

  1. A quintessential James Allen quote. Thanks for posting this, Marshall!

Could you add some words about how people can best write/re-write ideals in our hearts? For those of us seeking growth in new directions this could prove very helpful.

    Peace.

    1. Very often our residing blueprint, ( habit or belief ), does not match the desire we wish to manifest in our physical experience pertaining to a specific arena, be it financial, relationship, exercise, nutrition or what have you.
To write/re-write, program our desire into our heart so it matches the wish in our mind is a simple process yet the task demands the utmost discipline of the faculty of the Will.
First you must ask very pointed questions surrounding the experience you wish to manifest. This results in clarity with purpose. Once you are very clear, down to the smallest detail, on what it is you wish you may begin to develop thought processes around it. In a meditative state visualize your Self already in possession of your desire attaching all the physical senses to it - visualization with emotional content.
Think and feel as if you are already living your desire. Surround yourself with those who support and believe in you. Distance yourself from naysayers. This will raise your emotional vibration surrounding whatever it is you are trying to manifest. Soon you will notice circumstance and people coming into your life to assist you on your journey.
This is an abbreviated prescription however gives a solid foundation on which to build.
