Our connection to Universal Mind itself is intrinsic and may never be severed.
However it must be consciously realized before it can be consciously used. The degree of conscious realization and understanding will determine the effectiveness of our use.
You may understand that when you flip the light switch, the light will come on. However not understanding the laws of electricity beyond this you will always be limited to a very menial level of its use. If you were to build a greater conscious level of understanding within the laws of electricity you could then make better use of it constructing more intricate circuits to accomplish anything you might desire. Our conscious level of understanding and use of Universal Mind is no different.

Gentle Consistency
The challenge lies not in the study and learning of universal life principles.
For many teachings on universal principals have been handed down through the ages. Multitudes have gained a vast amount of head knowledge regarding these universal principals of life.
The challenge is in the understanding, application and communication of the principles learned in such a way as others will understand and benefit through action.
It is not to be a forceful application. More a gentle, consistent planting and nurturing the seeds of universal principles in a loving environment, whilst doing our utmost to demonstrate through example, in our own life.

Understand the Principle to Attract Success
Success in the workings of the principle of a thing does not require a clear mind free of anger, envy, low self esteem, jealousy, or any of the fear based ego characteristics. Nor does it require love, peace, joy or any of the characteristics of Spirit. The principle of things is impartial and manifests for any who understand their workings and apply them.
The generic laws of a thing must be understood before you can ever hope to individualize it toward your purpose. The more you understand the principle of a thing the better will be your application and operation of it. This in turn will attract more of those things to you, bringing you success beyond measure within that principle.
This requires delving below the surface of things dissecting the workings of them. The degree of success you enjoy within a principle will always be in direct correlation with your understanding of that principle and application of opportunity once presented or created.
The computer programmers knowledge goes far beyond the mere ability to turn the machine on and navigate around with a few clicks of the mouse. His use and success will be enhanced as his knowledge and application increase.
It is well and good to contemplate the workings of the principle of things for involution must always precede evolution. However evolution will never be realized without the appropriate action applied to opportunity.
Involution reveals knowledge - knowledge creates and attracts opportunity - appropriate action upon opportunity creates evolution.

Assuming Our Intended Roll
It is important we understand the
original underlying intent of our education system was not
necessarily to educate but rather control – obedience - conformity.
Our schools do not encourage us to
discover our individuality, our unique abilities. This is a major
reason so many have no clue as to what they want to do, what their
interests are, or purpose is. Without an understanding of your innate
gifts it is impossible to define any purpose. We wind up flitting
from one idea to the next with little accomplishment and zero
fulfillment. Do not rely on our education system to teach you these
things – it wont. It is our responsibility.
It is important we spend time each day
through introspection discovering who we are and what our passion and
purpose in life is. When we discover this and begin to focus in this
direction, the people, circumstance, and necessary things to
accomplish our purpose will begin to show up in our life. We then
must be aware of them ready to take massive action. Life will begin
to flow to you as you leave the position of victim, assuming your
intended roll as co-creator.

Openness
Maintain an open mind on all things. A closed mind leads to judgement and restricted growth not only for yourself, but for all. A closed mind is stuck in the past which no longer exists, often fearful.
Remain open, testing all things without judgement to see if they resonate well with you. Accept what resonates well and move forward discarding that which does not.
Keep in mind, because something does not resonate well with you doesn't mean it is not right for another. Allow others to explore and discover the opportunities which will guide them as they move forward, encouraging right thinking.
In this way you will remain on purpose drawing all that is essential to realizing your worthy ideal to you.

Battles
Each and every one face daily battles within.
These battles pertain to many differing arenas of our life experience. They are as many and varied as the number of souls in this universe. We cannot know another's journey nor their battles. We are not to judge, this is not our position. Love and forgiveness is our purpose as we forgive the world and our Self for our own errors thereby freeing all from our bondage.
Below is a struggle we all face from time to time as we seek love and acceptance.

Thou Shall Not Fear
Fear is the root of all that binds and restricts potential good from coming to us.
Hate, lust, jealousy, discontent, doubt, envy, anger, judgement, controlling behaviors, lack of confidence, contempt - and all that is negative finds its source in fear and will manifest weakness in mind and body.
What you hold in another you hold in yourself. If your desire is freedom then you must free your brother as well. By your condemnation you both shall suffer. You are the only giver and receiver in your universe and giving and receiving are one.
The unnecessary suffering of this world as a whole and that of every nation, state, district, city, and individual finds its root cause in fear. Forgiveness through love is the only recourse. The remedy begins within the individual. Search your heart. Ask for guidance from the Helper to ferret out all that is impure within, forgiving your Self and the world your errors, that all might be forgiven and released.

No Complaints
Cease your complaining and fretting; none of these things you blame are the cause of your poverty; the cause is within yourself, and where cause is, there is the remedy. The very fact that you are a complainer shows that you deserve your lot, shows that you lack the faith which is the ground of all effort and progress. There is no room for the complainer in a universe of law, and worry is soul-suicide. Effect of Thought
Every thought you think releases or condenses energy, through its action on your nerve centers. The cells in your body react to the frequency of every thought you think. Negativity will suppress the immune system and set up a body chemistry which in time will result in dis-ease. Receive His Thanks

How many take time to listen for our Fathers reciprocal thank you and praise for returning to Him?
Our time of meditation, communion, is meant to be a time of sharing - giving and receiving. It is equally important we receive His thanks as we offer our own up to Him.
This giving and receiving of praise and gratitude results in power. Power to save our world.
Receiving His thanks helps us understand how lovingly He holds us in His mind. How perfect His gratitude for our return. There comes a deep sense of love, security, and holiness, unsurpassed joy, from acknowledging His gratitude.

The Abundant Life Demands an Abundant Mind
In accordance with the principles upon which our universe is set, to experience a life of abundance we must have a proper mindset to support and attract it.
So how may we ensure we develop the proper thought structure to nurture a life of abundance?
First and foremost you must define what a life of abundance specifically means for you. This may sound like an obvious thing however few ever take the time to write out in detail exactly what abundance represents for them. You cannot develop a thought process around something unless you know what the something is. The clearer and more detailed the better - clarity with purpose.
Now that you have defined what an abundant life means for you, it is necessary to begin the process of identifying any limiting thoughts you may have in regard to your abundant life. Some will be immediately identifiable. Others, those blueprints which are concealed deep within the subconscience, will take more effort to reveal. Most of these are ideas, (blueprints), you adopted as true from authority figures in your life when you were young. These well meaning people, parents, teachers, etc, passed on their beliefs to you, both abundant and limiting. As a child you did not question. The result being many of these thoughts became habits well ingrained in your subconscious mind. They are still driving the results you are experiencing today. Many still serve you well - others do not. It is these others you need to replace with new blueprints which support the abundant life you wish to realize. It is through daily introspection and communion with spirit through meditation these things will be presented to you in their time. When they are, thank them for their service in the past. Let them know they are loved however you do not take ownership of them realizing they were someone else's idea which does not support your worthy ideals and free them from your mind.
Equally important is the forgiveness of those who introduced those limiting thoughts. Realize they were well intentioned passing on to you what they truly believed was true. Appreciate their efforts and be grateful for these people. Never judge nor condemn. This is not your purpose.
In developing your new blueprints supporting your abundant life it is important to develop new thought patterns promoting your definition of abundance. Developing these thought patterns is essential - more so than identifying limiting beliefs - in that these new thought patterns, once accepted, will absorb and dissipate many of the limiting beliefs whether identified or not. The most effective way to develop these thought patterns is through the use of an effective statement of intention reinforced with daily action steps, positive affirmations, and afformations. Each of these things must resonate well with you, being a little outside the box, however believable.
Also essential in attaining your life of abundance is a continual attitude of gratitude. Refuse to see lack or limitation in anything. Focus only on the abundance of things - the beauty in things. Realize there is always a positive aspect to every circumstance. Turn your thoughts toward finding it. Refuse to engage in conversation and thoughts of anger, hate, envy, and the like.
Lastly I will discuss self-talk. Many do not realize the importance the role of how you talk to yourself, those discussions you have with yourself in your mind, affects your physical experience. It is imperative you always talk to yourself in an honest and uplifting way. Honest positive self-talk goes a long way in keeping the channels of all that is good coming to you. Spend time each day investigating your self-talk. Is it serving you well, moving you forward? What tools might you put in place to ensure it does?
If you begin to implement some of these ideas today, even in a small way, you will begin to see changes in short order. Build on these changes. As your confidence grows you will attract and implement more positive thoughts adding to the process of continually moving toward your life of abundance as you have defined it.

It is imperative you always talk to yourself in an honest and uplifting way. Honest positive self-talk goes a long way in keeping the channels of all that is good coming to you. Spend time each day investigating your self-talk. Is it serving you well, moving you forward? What tools might you put in place to ensure it does?
If you begin to implement some of these ideas today, even in a small way, you will begin to see changes in short order. Build on these changes. As your confidence grows you will attract and implement more positive thoughts adding to the process of continually moving toward your life of abundance as you have defined it.

The True Measure of Forgiveness
The true measure of forgiveness is that it brings healing to yourself and your brother/sister. The true test is to attest that their sins have no effect on you to demonstrate they are not real. How else could you both be guiltless? How else could your innocence be justified?
Sins are beyond forgiveness because they entail effects which cannot be undone nor overlooked entirely. There undoing shows they were merely errors. Let yourself and your brother/sister be healed that you may be forgiving, offering salvation and healing to you both.
Forgiveness leads to healing of the mind and therefore the body for the body is the servant of the mind. Forgiveness bestows an equal gift of full deliverance for both.
Forgiveness does not come from pity but from compassion and love. Through love all pain and suffering is proven to be but vain imagining, a foolish wish with no effects. Your health is a result of your desire to see your brother/sister as guiltless - and what you wish is given you.
What you free in your brother/sister you free in yourself releasing the burden of guilt bringing healing and health to both.
Correction is not your function. Through correction you lose forgiveness. Correction belongs to the One Who knows only fairness and not guilt. However it is through forgiveness correction is obtained - never accusation.

Importance of a Clean Environment
The subconscious mind knows exactly the body chemistry needed to heal any ailment. We, however, are responsible for providing the proper environment within for It to accomplish this.

Consider This
We are not the thinker. We are the channels through which thoughts are manifest in the physical world. Evidence of this is seen in our ability to accept or reject any thought we attract to us. By the thoughts we choose to accept, impressing them upon Universal Intelligence, we create our physical experience.
Once we accept and understand this we are able to switch to becoming the observer of thoughts giving us power over them. There is a realization that there is a Life Power beyond thought from which all things come and thought is but a microbial part of this Power. It opens to us a world of opportunity by which we are able to select only those thoughts which support the physical experience we wish to manifest for the expansion and betterment of all.
It is important to understand this Life Power is impersonal and impartial. It will deliver whatever thought patterns we impress upon it whether they be positive or negative. We must select and guard our thoughts carefully. Any contrary thoughts to our worthy ideals accepted, being absorbed into the subconscious, will hinder progress and have potential to severely retard our results.
Here is a worthwhile exercise you may want to adopt. Although it sounds as if it may take a long time to execute it really only takes a few seconds or less.
Visualize in your mind an empty room. Along one wall are any number of chairs, each one representing a thought you have surrounding you worthy ideal. Select each thought individually. Ask each one to stand up in turn and answer this one question.
"How will you move me forward? "
By the process of elimination select only the thought which best supports your worthy ideal. Thank the other thoughts and dismiss them.

More on Happiness
True happiness may only be found in forgiveness.
We experience sustainable happiness in the realization we are Spirit - love, peace, joy, and abundance of life, wherein no imperfections may be found.
Love and beauty, our true essence, can harbour none of the many faces of fear. When we discover the freedom in knowing we are none of the false characteristics of ego, they are not who we are nor can they represent any part of us, there is great peace and joy which passeth all understanding.
Through forgiveness of self all are released from error as the light of Truth shines forth.
My function here is to forgive the world for all the errors I have made. For thus am I released from them with all the world.

Discerning Your Transcending Path
The transcending path always lies within the situation and is to be realized through spiritual introspection in communion with God. The answers you seek do not come through wrestling with circumstance, force, or struggle. These things find their life in the root of fear and most assuredly create restrictions, slowing all that is good from coming to you.
Your pathway is revealed through cooperation with the principles of the universe. The way comes through the realization that your true personality is of Spirit - love, peace, joy, beauty and abundance of life. Here there is no struggle, only clear open channels through which to receive solutions. Here is where you must retreat in silent communion with the All Knowing, conveying your desires of individual spirit personality for the good of all with praise and gratitude.

Return to Love
Fear in the heart gives rise to all discordant vibrations which are the root of all physical ills and calamities in our physical experience.
Love in the heart can only give rise to the vibrations of peace, joy, and abundance of life leading to health and perfect happiness.
Fear is simply the inversion of Love. In Truth fear does not exist. Fear is the fabrication we have imagined on another plane, thinking we could do better apart from Love.
It is through our return to Love - that which we truly are - all things become possible as the chains of bondage melt away and the restrictions we have put in place, closing off the channels of all that is good and freely available to us, are liberated.

Diamonds Lay Within
The root of all negative emotion, be it anger, jealousy, frustration, self-consciousness, is fear. As it is also with negative results attracted through fear.
Much of this has been carried forward from past experience which ego has attached itself to. Old blueprints which have never served us well or no longer serve but have become limiting and destructive.
What are you fearing today?
What tools have you in place to dissolve these fears releasing them over the next while?
Acknowledge, love and forgive them as they become absorbed into the positive desires you are moving toward.
The solution is always within the challenge - the answer is found through introspection and communion with Spirit. Here in lies all the direction you are seeking. Take time each day to go there. The solution you seek will come.
Take courage my friend, for your strength is within. Stay the course. Through discipline of the will your path shall be made clear.

Importance of Breath and the Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system is the sewer system for the body. Lymph vessels form a drainage system throughout the body. Lymphatic fluid carries away the detritus of the immune system, including dead white blood cells, unused plasma protein and toxins. Unlike the circulatory system the lymphatic system does not have a built in pump. It relies on breathing and bodily movement to move all waste fluid out of the body. If the lymphatic system is sluggish due to shallow breathing and an inactive lifestyle the body cannot detoxify efficiently creating a breeding ground for disease of all kinds - a veritable cesspool of waste.
The practice of deep breathing will improve lymph system cleansing. The expansion and contraction of the diaphragm acts as a pump for the lymph system and massages internal organs promoting regularity.

Perfect Happiness.
God's will, (Power of Intention, Creative Intelligence), for each one is perfect happiness. We are created in Love. Therefore our natural state is perfect happiness experiencing abundance of life. However each one, as an individual personality of Spirit, is responsible for defining what perfect happiness is for them.
To realize perfect happiness you must develop clarity with purpose through Self-contemplation of Spirit as to what perfect happiness is for you. Only in this way are you able to manifest your experience of perfect happiness to your physical environment from Creative Intelligence.
It is only important you know what perfect happiness represents for you as an individual personality in our physical experience and why you want this perfect happiness. The how shall be revealed. An awareness must be developed to recognize opportunity as it is presented to you and action must follow or the whole exercise just becomes wishful thinking.
You may define your perfect happiness as such;
Perfect happiness for me is the ability to spend more quality time with family and friends.
This is a good representation of what happiness is for you however does not address the question of why.
This would be better written as;
Perfect happiness for me is spending less time at work in order to spend more quality time with family and friends bringing more joy to all.
This statement answers the what, the why, and raises the quality of life for all involved.
Another example, and I'll take this one a step further, might be;
Perfect happiness for me is being financially secure able to pay all bills on time and in full with plenty left over to assist others, invest, and enjoy life.
Perfect happiness for me is the ability to help others realize a higher quality of life thereby elevating the experience for all involved.
The idea here is defining exactly what perfect happiness is for you in all arenas of life and why you desire it. These statements now become the center of all your thoughts. You cannot focus on what is or has been and expect different results from your current perception of things. You must cocoon your new desire with supporting thoughts throughout each day and carry them into your sleep. One key element I have not discussed here is that your statements must feel good, resonate well with you, and be believable for your subjective mind to accept them. I shall discuss this in more detail at another time.
For now it is enough for you to formulate a few feel good statements pertaining to what perfect happiness for you means and why you want perfect happiness to be your experience.

Personality of Spirit
It is impossible for ego to understand the personality of Spirit.
Spirit comes from a place of Love, wherein there can be no judgement, no attack, no defense - none of these things - outside of which ego becomes disillusioned, trying to attach one of these labels to the nature of Spirit.
It is important those who live from Spirit, our True essence, not become discouraged by the inability of ego to comprehend Love of Spirit. By continuing to allow the great illusion of ego dominate, false ideas become attached, not understanding the personality of Spirit. Love, peace, joy, and abundance of life for all is the character of Spirit. This is Love and all that is True. Anything outside of Love is false, created by ego the master of deception.
Love, compassion, and patience must be exercised not forgetting the journey from darkness to light.

Shrouded within every decision we take action on there is consequence. For things added as we move forward there are always things removed or redefined to some degree. Take care to be sure value added surpasses all we choose to leave behind, releasing these things through grace and gratitude for all they have contributed and may continue to contribute.
The only way to accomplish this is through Spirit - that which we truly are. Here there is no judgement - only love, peace, joy and support as experience moves forward.
This is not possible through ego for by it's fear based nature we can only experience guilt, anger, jealousy and remorse as ego attempts to sabotage, clinging to what is no longer, not understanding the process for growth.
A difficult experience we all face from time to time is releasing something that is very dear to us. In many cases attachment or dependency has become so deep rooted it is excruciatingly painful. Body chemistry has become organized in such a way it is akin to an addict going cold turkey. Here we must seek the love and comfort of Universal Intelligence with praise and thanksgiving, trusting all has purpose for those living through that which they truly are - Spirit.

Often times moving forward introduces itself in ways which at the present moment seem uncongenial to the path we have chosen. We must have faith that Universal Intelligence knows the best way to our worthy ideals, as we make known our desires in this physical experience, practicing the Art of Allowing even though it may be painful for a time. Trust that these are the fires of knowledge and preparation for the love and beauty they give birth to for all who are able to live from Spirit.

The human body is designed to discharge 70% of its toxins
through breathing. If you are not breathing properly you are not
achieving the level of toxic release necessary to remain disease,
allergy and stress free.
Oxygen-rich
blood is the key element required by the body to re-create healthy
cells. This is essential for optimum health. The majority of us, due
to sedentary jobs, television etc, are using only 1/3 of our
breathing capacity. Is it any wonder society is bridled with all
degrees of sickness? Insufficient oxygen means insufficient
biological energy that can result in anything from mild fatigue to
life threatening illness.
There
is documented evidence of healing through the introduction of proper
breathing for illnesses ranging from seasonal colds and allergies to
cancers and depression.
Don't
be fooled into thinking that just because you exercise each day you
needn't think about your breathing for the rest of the day. All forms
of exercise are a stress on the body which creates an elevated
cortisol level which must be returned to normal. This will allow your
exercise session to have the positive effect you are seeking. The
quickest and most efficient method for this is through deep relaxing
breathing. This should be performed for ten to fifteen minutes
following your exercise session.

Listen - Talk - Act
Communication is the essence of all relationships be they business, family, community or personal.
Two major components of communication we all know are verbal skills and listening skills. However there is a third major component to communication which if not implemented can carry drastic repercussions. You may stand to risk losing something very dear to you.
This third component is action. It is not enough to listen and talk. Many of us have very well developed listening skills however if the action does not get past your mind into the physical world, it is useless. Listening to and saying what others want to hear, however then doing nothing about it, will cost.

Who Are You Battling With?
We are not at war with our Creator. The Creator knows only Truth and Love. In him is nothing corrupt.
That part of us we believe to be our self, that which is apart from Truth, is what initiates attack believing it needs a defense.
Truth cannot attack Truth for it is all there is. Our Creator knows not of attack for there is nothing to defend.
Only illusions do battle with themselves.
To find the peace of Truth we must elevate our thoughts above those which are responsible for our current circumstance and environment.
Involution must always precede Evolution

The Director
I am the Director of my life in our Universe of inclusion.
Any thought I hold in mind with emotional content will manifest itself in my physical experience to some degree.
Therefore I must hold only those thoughts which move me toward my worthy ideals for our Universe is impartial and does not distinguish between harmful thoughts and positive uplifting thoughts.
It is important I be aware of my self talk, how I speak and think of others, and how I accept what others speak of me for I take ownership of these things and they will fashion my physical experience whether congenial or not.

God and Punishment
God does not punish. God is Love and knows only love and all things associated with love. God's nature is love, joy, peace and prosperity - creation and expansion of all that is good.
God knows nothing of punishment. It is not any part of His Being. We are the ones who punish Self through the creation of ego. We are the ones who draw experiences of lack and limitation to Self. We are the ones who create the feelings of shame, unworthiness and guilt. Ego, which we have created, maintains its identity and survives through these inflictions.
How long must you torture yourself needlessly? How long must you continue to see through the eyes of the body ensuring your blindness to what is real?
When will you begin to seek that which is real? Turn to your Creator freeing yourself from the bondage you have created and chosen to see. How long will you continue to focus on the effects of things, being tossed about by the storms of illusion? These things can only bring the experiences of pain and suffering - why do you continue to choose this way? They deliver pseudo feel-good feelings at best.
There is another which brings peace, joy, love and prosperity - contentment. It can be found but must be sought after, just as you would seek diamonds or gold. It does not rely on environment or circumstance to find peace, love or joy for It is all these things. Here you will find your resting place. Here you will find your place of origin of which you have always been a part of but chose to blind yourself to, thinking you knew of a better way. Here you will discover you and your brother are one - there is no separation, there is no specialness, there is no judgement.
Return, oh wretched soul of mine, to who I truly am. To the One who created me in His likeness and therefore I am a part of - capable of all things.
With quiet gratitude and praise for all things, I retreat from the turmoil of illusion to that place of assurance within.
I shall never punish myself again but continually look for the joy, with gratitude, in all circumstance. For I am love, joy, peace and abundance of life - outside of these things there is nothing that is real. I am as God created me and I can add nothing to this for there is nothing else. I and my Father are as One.
Father, be my Friend, Holy Spirit, be my Guide, Jesus, be my example that I may follow.
