What are your core beliefs? Where do they come from and why do you accept them as truth?
Spend some time discovering just what your core beliefs are about your circumstance and environment, your core beliefs about people, why you believe what you do about certain situations, programs or institutions. Is it reality or simply your perspective? Is it someone else’s experience you accepted as truth, or something you were taught to be true without question as a child?
Take time to challenge and test your core beliefs. Discover why you believe what you do and test it to see if it holds true or is it merely an opinion, yours or someone else’s. Your core beliefs shape your outer world. Change what you believe about a certain aspect of your life and you will change your results in the physical world. This is the law. Believing is seeing.

Your part if you choose to participate is to be aware of and use each word for the entire week whenever the opportunity presents itself. This way we will all increase our vocabulary and our knowledge of the English language supplying us with a very effective tool to utilize on our road to success.

Importance of Serving
By design we were created for service. To serve one another, expanding and creating a better quality of life for all. Like a lake we must both receive and give life to flourish. If we live a selfish life taking only for ourselves we become like the Dead Sea which can sustain no life. Water only flows into the Dead Sea, not out. Therefore the Dead Sea is stagnant just as we will become. In order to live we must give. True service is giving without the expectation of receiving.
However, in our universe, by design, it is impossible to give without receiving back in some form.
It is important to ask ourselves each day; in what small way can I be of service today?
To find out how serving shapes your blueprint, email me at premierblueprints@gmail.com.

Gardening
Our thoughts are the seeds we plant in the garden of our mind and by continually involving ourselves in these thoughts, whether by conversation, reading, entertainment or other means; we are cultivating and nurturing these thoughts. They will be our harvest.
Why is it in our physical world we have no trouble understanding that if we plant carrots we harvest carrots, if plant broccoli we harvest broccoli and if we plant rag weed we harvest rag weed, but in the spirit or mind world we can’t seem to understand that if we plant thoughts of lack and limitation, sickness and depression it is impossible to reap prosperity, good health and abundance? This is a universal law. It plays no favorites and is true for the individual as well as society at large. The quality of our crop will be determined by how well we nurture and care for it whether positive or negative.
It is so important to guard our thoughts becoming aware of our behaviors if we wish to advance our life toward prosperity, love, joy and health.
Spend this week becoming aware of how often you become involved in negative conversation, listening to music containing a negative message, reading negative material and any other activity or environment which dictates negativity. How might we counteract all this pollution not allowing these seeds to take root in our subconscious mind?
In closing, I was stirred to reread The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind in which Dr. Joseph Murphy writes: All your experiences, events, conditions, and acts are produced by your subconscious mind in reaction to your thoughts. Remember, it is not the thing believed in, but the belief in your own mind that brings about the result.

Balance
All of creation is about balance and purpose, action and reaction.
Understanding this, spirit and ego have purpose and were designed to harmonize working together in perfect balance for universal benefit.
Ego is that part of us which is always trying to dominate. It is insatiable, always demanding more, leaving us forever wanting, feeling incomplete.
Spirit is always content realizing all is perfect for the moment in time and that more will be given as we are prepared to receive, leaving us relaxed, happy and fulfilled.
Ego represents the competitive physical world of lack and limitation, win at all cost and bigger is better. It is stressful leading to disease, (dis ease). Contentment and happiness can only be realized temporarily if at all. It is centered on the appearance of things rather than the Truth.
Spirit represents the creative world where it is understood all things will come to us in their perfect time as we are able and prepared to receive them. Spirit focuses on the Truth, that there is no lack of anything. Things only become nonexistent as they are no longer needed. If more is needed it will be created or a better way realized. Spirit never need take from another for he can have his own or something better. There is always a Divine surplus.
The trouble man has had through the centuries and the cause of all abominations is his struggle with ego.
Awareness is the first step we must take to create balance between ego and spirit. Over the next few days become aware of how many times and different ways ego tries to dominate. How might we go about creating balance? When in balance, what purpose does ego serve? What purpose does spirit serve? It is important to know and understand these things.

Energy Flows Where Attention Goes
If we spend most of our time focusing on the negative aspects of a relationship or situation, guess what? We get more negativity. This is a universal law and will always hold true. The quickest way to destroy a relationship is too continually focus on what is wrong with it. It is equally true for any situation. It will continue to deteriorate as long as we continue to focus on what’s bad about the situation.
Nothing changes until our focus changes. A situation miraculously improves or solves itself as soon as we find something good about it and begin to focus in that direction. Relationships begin to mend once our focus is on the good points. You may say there are no good points. The universal law of polarity states that for every negative there is an equal or greater positive. Negatives and positives in a relationship are one and the same. They are just at opposite ends of the spectrum. We choose in which direction we wish to proceed by our thought choices and actions.
This being said take some time this week and be aware of where your focus is in your day-to-day relationships and situations. If you wish to improve a relationship or particular situation, seek out some good to focus on and see if it doesn’t make a difference, and not a half hearted effort with the thought that this will never make a difference because if that is what you think that is what you will get. Energy flows where attention goes.

Reaching the Summit
If we expect to reach the pinnacle of our sport or art it is essential to continually assess our thoughts feelings and actions to determine whether or not they match our current blue prints which are responsible for the results we are experiencing at this point in our career. Does the life style we are presently leading contribute 100% toward our goal or is it more like 70% or even less? I would say that if it is less than 90% then the reality is we really are not very serious. It is more wishful thinking and we are not willing to discipline our self, sacrificing certain vices in order to attain what we think would be nice to be, do, or have.
Our bodies are designed to function optimally when provided with the proper nutrients and recovery time. If our current life style does not support this it will be impossible to ever realize our full potential. It is important to realize everything we put into our body and mind either strengthens or weakens it. The body can take an amazing amount of abuse and still perform at a fairly high level but the law states we reap that which we sow. We may even reach the top for a brief period of time but this is a universal law and there is no cheating it. If we practice habits of abuse the body will break down. It will be weakened.
Some fool themselves thinking a few weeks or a month of proper nutrition and training will suffice. This is not so. The body responds best to a consistent systematic quotidian regime containing all the components of training. Our weakest component will determine our degree of success therefore it is important we have a thorough understanding of each component and how to develop them.
Another law, the Law of Receiving is more than willing to deliver all we desire but will only give in proportion to what we are able, through preparation, to receive.

Victory in Defeat
The measure of our loss will be determined by our knowledge gained and implemented.
There is almost always a certain amount of pain and discomfort associated with growth.
In nature we think of birthing, growing pains of the infant and adolescent. In life lessons we think of relationships and loss, whether it be loss of a loved one or defeat in a competition.
When speaking of competition, in Truth there is no winning or losing. If we don’t experience the result we were hoping for it merely means we were ill prepared for our endeavor and there is more to be learned, things added or removed as we hone our skills.
Winning and losing only exists on the ego based competitive plane where winners are exalted, some even in ineffable regard, and losers made to feel inferior.
On the creative plane competition serves to test our skills and advance our interest with an attitude that all will learn and benefit from the experience. “Win or lose,” spirits remain high as knowledge is gained and new goals are implemented, building on what has gone before, removing that which moves us away from our purpose replacing it with that, which moves us toward our purpose. The only loser is he who gains no knowledge from his endeavor and therefore remains unchanged or sinks to lower levels.
There is an inner voice, which knows our worthy intention
Let go of self and heed Its words
For this is the Source of all creation
For those who choose to listen
Releasing in subjection
This inner voice will bring us to perfection
There is no winning, there is no losing
On our path of co-creation
Only lessons learned, knowledge gained
Toward our final destination.
For those who have won the battle this day – be gracious in your victory thanking your opponent for all he has taught you.
For those who have lost this day – maintain dignity-keeping spirits high for you have not lost but gained a wealth of knowledge on which to build. It has been a necessary step in preparation for what lays ahead. Understand there is purpose in “winning and losing.”
