You may be surprised to discover the most important component to your training / exercise / fitness success has NOTHING to do with the physical. It is important to realize that without any exception, SUCCESS in any endeavor in life begins in the MIND.
Your success is directly proportionate to the THOUGHTS you choose. We are never given a desire to accomplish anything in life unless that desire is a possibility for us. Whether we are successful in realizing that desire will be determined by our thought selection. It is imperative all your thoughts support your desire. We must IMMEDIATELY DISCARD any thought that does not support and move us in the direction of our exercise goals. Even in mid thought, it is essential to identify any negative ideas and REPLACE these thoughts with positive motivating thoughts.
These positive motivating thoughts are the SEEDS we plant which filter down into the subconscious mind and in time become HABIT. We must cultivate and nurture these thoughts until they become strong and take root in the subconscious.
There is a definite process which, when followed, cannot fail to bring you the SUCCESS you desire.
This process is outlined in detail in the 4X6 PROGRAMS and the SEVEN PILLARS of STRENGTH.
No more guesswork, just maximum results.
Thinking causes feelings
Feelings cause actions
Actions give results

temerity
te·mer·i·ty /təˈmerəti/ noun
the quality of being confident and unafraid of danger or punishment.
From a poem entitled “It’s No Surprise”
“Eyes exuding sincerity,
understanding, temerity,
is why I love you.”
Hmm. It all begins with thoughts and positive thinking. I like today's blog.
